Duquette Enduro Points???

Are we going to get any points from the Duquette enduro or did we make the run just to ride their roots for the fun of it? What has it been 3 weeks?
Scramble points posted before 11:00 PM the day of the event.
Be nice to get a post update of what the hold up is.

Re: IERA Electronic Scoring Contractor Opening

Can't we just go back to the score card system? Why do we need to see results half way thru the event on a phone? You win - you win, .. you finish second - you are the first loser. Why do we need to know during the event? And lap results, WTH. It is nice to see results of the race on your phone befo...

Re: St. Charles this weekend

It should be a lot easier on you Ben, since it looks like the only precipitation might be the morning dew. Course it still might take you the 3 hours to finish your one lap. I have info that it will be fast-fast. Hope I didn't jinx the weather for you.

Re: Sioux Falls Race

My point here is that the IERA and their member clubs do not run Quads. There are no classes for quads. Yes, Gusse runs quads, But After and not during the MC event. When Ross/Spencer negotiated the break away from the District 22; one of the reasons to break away from the district and form The IERA...

Re: Sioux Falls Race

This is not to IERA specs and rules. They take a sanction from IERA and should run IERA rules.

Re: Sioux Falls Race

Shawn and Ben did you see the schedule that the quads are racing ahead of the bikes and the 65/110 class is racing with A's,B's,C's, whathaveha. They start on the last row. That will be fun for the bikes dodging the little bikes in and out of the quad tracks. Just a thought.

Enduro Awards and attendance

Interesting!! First of all...Happy New Year Riders!! But Interesting are the awards from the banquet for enduro riders. We need to bring more younger and less experienced (C class) riders to these events. If you look at the award positions (how deep are the awards in the class) the older age classes...

Dangerdave, I recently moved back to Iowa after living in Missouri and Kansas for 40 years and being a club member there for 35 years; I know a little bit about what is going on. And I read your iera rules on your website. I just think over 25% throwouts is steep for 13 races. I could understand 3; ...

Point Throwouts

Thanks for the reply Brad. I know all about how to submit for the rules meeting. I'm throwing this out for discussion. That's what the forum is for, right.
It just seems that 4 throw outs in 14 events is too much. That is more than 25%.

Point throwouts

I would like to raise this subject for discussion. I have noticed with 3 events left that a leader that appears will ride all the events(he/she has up to this point) will possibly not be the P1 at the end of the year. And it appears possible the rider in P3 now could be P1. Even though P1 rode all t...

Okay folks, the referee has made his decision and the points will stand. I do not agree, but will go with his decision. As for you Danger, you are right on. I am someone's grandpa, but my grandson is not a A rider so it does not effect his points on this issue. What does effect him is that the lette...

That's right! Jamie Razor you did not earn the 45 points in the AA class or the 42 points in A overall YOU put in for yourself. You DID not earn them because you weren't THERE. What if all of the club members had left for the weekend to ride the TKO. There would not have been an event. Wasn't this s...

That is not the case here. He chose to race an event in Tn. and it was his choice. Rule states a member must work the event and he didn't. Plain and simple. I was hoping he would man up and I would not have to put the protest to the referee since he is a IERA officer. Not the case so far. He has not...
